The staff is friendly, attentive and professional. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The waiting lounge feels a bit corporate/stiff, but you don't spend much time in there anyway. I went for a full body massage and a pedicure and enjoyed both services.

If you go on your birthday, you can receive 10% off of your services, which is great.
